详细研究介绍
我们的研究聚焦发育阶段、缺氧、代谢状态与机械负荷如何共同塑造心肌适应、损伤与修复。在发绀型先天性心脏病(CHD)中,我们揭示青春期 HIF-1α 依赖性代谢适应受损的机制,并开展曲美他嗪等代谢靶向干预研究。在心脏移植与终末期心力衰竭领域,我们解析 CIRBP–DHODH 轴介导的铁死亡防御如何保护低温保存的老龄供心,以及机械卸负荷如何激活心外膜 NRG1–ERBB4–STAT3 信号和磷酸戊糖途径,促进心肌修复;同时探索肥胖相关胰岛素抵抗为何限制 LVAD 介导的心肌恢复,以及胰岛素增敏能否改善这一过程。
我们的研究还关注心外和治疗相关因素,包括肠道菌群来源的犬尿氨酸,以及急性髓系白血病治疗中 IL-1α 介导的心脏毒性。通过整合机制研究、多中心临床试验、群体研究与先心病区域协作医疗,我们致力于将分子发现连接至外科治疗、机械循环支持、移植与长期随访,保护心肌功能、拓展治疗机会,并改善儿童及成人心脏病患者公平的全生命周期结局。
