详细研究介绍
我们的肺动脉高压研究贯穿机制、诊断与干预,同时将右心室视为决定预后的核心之一。通过患者样本和多种疾病模型的单核转录组研究,我们发现心脏成纤维细胞 AXL 经 PI3K–AKT–NFIC 通路促进细胞增殖、迁移和细胞外基质生成,驱动不良右心室纤维化,从而提出保护右心功能的新靶点。为提升表型评估和风险分层,我们开发基于超声视频的人工智能方法,在多中心儿童队列中自动完成逐心搏右心室分割、面积变化分数测量及肺动脉高压识别。
对于晚期疾病,我们将生理机制转化为临床策略,包括多学科、影像引导的 Potts 分流时机与风险评估,反向 Potts 分流联合静脉–肺动脉体外膜肺氧合对难治性肺高压危象的救治路径,以及面向可负担家庭吸入的一体化电化学一氧化氮发生器。通过连接分子靶点、标准化影像与实用的器械及外科姑息治疗,我们致力于实现更早识别、更精准分层,并为肺动脉高压与进展性右心衰竭患儿提供更可及的个体化医疗。
